Need your Advice

Assume!On the positive side you are 'in love' with you partner.Let's just say this is at first a deeply satisfying sate.You feel intensely alive,your existence has suddenly become meaningful because someone needs you,wants you , makes you feelspecial, and you do the same for that person.When you are together ,you feel whole.The feeling can become so intense that the rest of the world fades in to insignificance.However, you may also have noticed that there is neediness and clinging quality to that intensity. You become addicted to the person.He/She acts on you like a drug.You are on a high when the drug is available ,but even the possibility or the thought that he/she might no longer be there for you can lead to jelousy, possessiveness, attempt at manipulation through emotional blakmail,blaming and accusing-fear of loss.If he/she does leave you,this can give rise to the most profound grief and dispair.In an instant,loving tenderness can turn in to a savage attack or dreadful grief.Where is the love now? Can love change in to opposite in an insatant?Was it love in the first place,or just an adictive grasping and clinging?Take Care n Ve a gd 1!

Humans are social creatures, we need to feel connected, NEEDed! This can sometimes feel intense, esp if you've been alone for a long time. We all long to be loved and to love. Passion and lust can sometimes feel intense as well, but many times it's mistaken for love, not the same thing. Yes I've felt all those things, if only we can find someone who continously makes us feel that way forever, or have mutually the same feelings, but you won't know until you ask and it lasts longer then 6 months and you see each other actively now will you?

It could very well be true love, but also codependency and it's also just not good to "put all your eggs in one basket" as my grandma says. Because he/she could die, cheat, etc. nothing is forever. U will be without one another some day. Unless u both die together so it's best to not let your relationship consume you. The rest of the world should not be "insignificant" as you said. Feeling "high" around your partner is awesome and normal. Just don't forget about the rest of the world cuz u won't have this person forever.
