Dating an old friend

I have a friend who I've known for a long time, but we've always been friends, now we're dating. So we know each other very well, however we've never been to a restaurant, we've never been romantic before, so it's kinda weird, if on a first date he asks me to give him a blow job or stuff of that sort, should I say no, and if I say no will he be offended? I had guys ask me do that on a 3rd date and stuff and since I didn't know them well I've said no, just in case this guys asks me to do the same on our first date, I wanna say no to him too but just wanna make sure that this is not going to hurt his feelings.
