Of course, there's nothing wrong with that if you're friends. It doesn't always have to mean that you're in love with them or something.
It's okay. Just don't make it sound too cheesy or else she might get the wrong idea..

Yeah its completely fine, my guy friends tell me they miss me all the time
I was going to ask "Of course it is, wouldn't you tell your guy friends you missed them?", then I remembered the whole gender stereotype thing we teach kids since the day they are born that prevents guys from displaying affection towards each other, lest they be deemed "feminine" and therefore socially unacceptable. Sigh.
Anyway, yes, it's perfectly fine. Just don't be cheesy about it or she might think that you are romantically interested in her.
