I'm a guy and almost 23 years that never had a girlfriend, never had sex, not even a kiss. Im a loser.
My friends and most around me have never had any problem finding someone. Maybe some are in their first, while some are on number four. The few that are in the same situation as me, however, still had their one night stands and various contacts.
I want to forget about women. I got no chance anyway, im to ugly and strange.

Dude I'm pretty much in the same boat. Do you find yourself attracted to women that refuse to date you or do you friendzone people? If it's a socialising that's the problem try joining some clubs where the women would have similar interests to you. As for being out of shape a little exercise may help and remain true to your personality. If you're too 'strange' for a woman you're probably feel like you have to be someone else for them to like you, be with someone who likes you for who you are and don't think of yourself as screwed or a loser. If you have no confidence in yourself how is anyone else supposed to ?
You've just not found the right one for you yet. I'm sure you're the perfect match for someone out there.
the problem is you don't accept your self. you don't love yourself. you should start loving yourself first before people would start noticing you. You should improve yourself.
I know how you feel. I went through this as well. I was around your age before I ever had even my first girlfriend. I feel your pain, my friend. But, it will happen.
I think what some have said to you is very good advice. The attitude behind the whole "if you can't love yourself, how will anybody else love you" type of advice is, I think, correct. However, that advice itself isn't really helpful to guys like you or me who have a low self-esteem. To us, you might as well be saying "Nobody will ever love you" because we find it hard to even like ourselves, much less love ourselves.
I have learned that the true trick in life is to do your best not to let your low self-esteem effect the way you act around other people. In other words, don't interact with people (particularly women in whom you are interested) as though you secretly think they are too good for you. Interact with them just as you would anybody. The goal is that they should never necessarily guess that you suffer from a low self-esteem.
The cool thing is, when you just be yourself, you will find friends (and yes, even eventually a girlfriend) who will like you for who you are. The funny thing you will find is that will actually help your self-esteem. When you have a lot of people thinking you are a pretty darn great guy, it starts to become very hard not to see yourself through their eyes, even just a little bit.
I won't lie. Having a low self-esteem will always be a struggle. I still struggle with it almost daily. I meet a new friend I really like, and they seem to really like me, and it becomes this torture back and forth in my head. One day, I'm thinking they could never really like me and it is just going to blow up on me, and they will turn into an a-hole like almost everybody in the world has. Another day, I'm thinking I'm being stupid and the person could not have gone more out of their way to be a good friend and show they like me. ... And this is talking about friends! I am even worse if it is a girl I like.
Really, the trick is just in learning how to engage your intellectual side as well. That brainy dude inside your head has to remind you that other people like you, so there must be something right about you. Not only that, but if anybody doesn't like you, then that is their loss.
Anyway, good luck, my friend. You will find your dream girl someday. I know that can be hard to believe sometimes, but it will happen.

my interest is not the same as girls have, I like sports, games, music. movies and going out in the nature. girls like art, sex, animals, party etc.
I have never datet a women in my life becuse I know im boring and ugly, for girls.

You should go to monastery.
In order to solve the problem, find it in yourself. Cause you cant affect things outside like society or your DNA. What you can affect is your own attitude and things you care about. Only thing that matters is what you think about yourself.
