Next Move?

Ok so i'm 23 and I recently got out of a 4 year relationship, now im a little rusty to the dating game and have recently started talking to this girl i met at a pub night, she's 21. we met about 3 months ago and since meeting we text pretty much everyday, in the past two weeks we've hung out twice and she kissed me on both occasions, now I dont know where it is we stand or what i should do next, we only ever text and I dont know if you even still call girls anymore, is that too needy or a dead art in relationships? I'm just in the dark cause i feel like she likes me but I also dont know, both times we hung out we were together till like 4 am, ad one night she had class at 8am the next morning but just stayed in my car in front of her house talking to me and joking around till about 4.
