"we should meet up tommorrowwen i get off work"
(no reply)
5 mins later
"what ya think"
(no reply)

25 mins later
"nevermind sorry"

Annoying? Yes.

The first text doesn't warrant an answer, so don't expect one. She will answer the second text when she sees it or has time. Sending more texts won't make her more available to answer.
