Strong bond with ex boyfriend part 1

Hi, I am 35 new to this site am a mom of 3 amazing kids and happily married for almost 10 years now. I love my life and my hubby so much. I will try to resume my story hopefully someone can give me some words of advice.

I had my first true love back in high school it was a very intense relationship with this person I'm gonna call "Jim", we had our first time together and it was very intense in many ways. We lasted almost 5 years together and finally our paths were separating, he was not ready to be engaged or move in together, that broke my heart...but by then my now husband was in the picture and I started developing feelings about him "George" so I finished the relationship with Jim. It felt terrible but it was the right thing to do. Slowly me and George grew in our relationship and eventually I fell in love with him.
