don't really know what she meant by saying good for you??

Ive been friends with this girl for over a year now and she knows i like her and she told me that she just wants to be friends and isnt ready for a relationship yet because she just got out of a really bad one. And every time i try to get close she pushes me away to the point where she wont talk on the phone or hang out but will talk to me on facebook and thats it. yet if i tell her im getting ready to walk away she will fight to keep me in her life. so the other day i asked her if we would ever be more than friends and she completely shut down and started ignoring me. so I asked this other girl that I'm really close friends with to dig around so she text her asking and got the reply that we were only friends. So my friend text her back saying I was a great guy and if she had met me before her boyfriend she would have hooked up with me a long time ago which is the truth we did almost date. The reply she got back was good for you. So I'm not quite sure if she's jealous? And if not then what did she mean by that comment?
