long term relationship but no sex or affection...is this right?

I have been with the same guy for the last 4 years, we don't have sex and he isn't affectionate at all. only time i get any attention is when i have to urinate. thats the only time he wants to do anything with me. he doesn't hug, kiss or hold me. he is five yrs younger than me and claims he isn't in the mood but yet i catch him atleast once a week watching porn and relieving himself. i think he is very selfish. he doesn't care about my needs or wants. I just want to be loved like a normal human being. I get no attention from him. he is a good person but this lack of attention is a real issue. he says he wants to marry me, usually if a guy is in love he shows some kind of emotion to the person he says he wants to marry, i don't get any of that. is this normal to anyone? i need some good advice.
