My girlfriend and I have been going out for 10 months (today(even more sadder face )) , shes 16 and im 14, this is the longest relationship both of us have been in, and just tonight I told her I love her, and she said; "I dont know if I love you", i told her i love her, she replied: "im sorry"
Whem we first started going out we made a promise to end this in person, and we are going to see eachother tomorrow at school, I think its it unless she can get some help or I can do something, if anyone has any ideas that might or have worked please tell, I dont know what to do and ive run out of tears . . .

What you're going through is sad and rather hard to bear in the beginning but with time and what you do with your time, you'll get over her and go onto meet someone else and love them as well... the beauty of that as that they will love you back.

After 10 months she should know if she loves you or not and if she did, she would have been very happy to hear that you love her.

If she breaks up with you tomorrow then tell her that you don't want her to contact you because zero contact is the fastest way to quickly get over the pain and arrive at the stage of indifference to her so that you're not hurting when you see her or hear about her anymore.

If she wants more time to see if she can get on the same page as you then you'd do well to do your best to calm down your own emotions over her and let her catch up to where you currently are in feelings. It will take you letting her do most of the initiating and being less available to her in the future for that to happen. of course when she wants to see you, you will continue to be attentive both emotionally and physically with her.

So last night I got about 3-4 hours of sleep, cried the rest,
so I felt pretty shit most of the day, then at lunch break I went and found her and talked, I can tell that she still cares, a lot, she couldnt stop smiling when I looked at her, untill we started talking and I asked her why do you want to break up? tears started so just kept hugging her, so im just gonna give her a week to think and sort herself out and she agreed to that. I told her im gonna come see her in a couple weeks no matter what.

Ive told her this before but I think I need to again, but everyone gets to a point after your initial 'spark' you kinda level off and it doesn't like, become as exciting as it usually does meeting up,

so right now I think we might just be ok, I hope she comes through, I love her so much,

Would anyone have any ideas how I can help her? Besides spending time with her, I dont really have any ideas.

One of the main problems she has, shes just started NCEA level 2 which is our national education level system that goes for the last 4 of our high school years, she also works monday morning and afternoon, tuesday morning, Thursday afternoon, (and saturday fortnightly), so balacing a relationship, work, and about 5 hours of homework for each subject a week, hats off to her.

So we talked tonight, I told her that fate made us be together, and that im not going to chuck that away, she said that if we are ment to be together, we will find our way back to eachother,

She cant love me at the moment, even she doesn't know why, so we're now loose knit, but close friends, she said that she thinks for her to love me, we need to be away, so when she can love me again, we will come back together.

I can sleep tonight, this has come to a point so much better than I expected, so releaved, we both hope we get the chance to marry one day,
