If you are not sure then trust you gut. Guy is married and have kids. You dont want to bring this up on you. Hes not in his right mind too. If hes not happy in his marriage then divorce but not cheating.
Sure you can just fck what everyone things and take what you want from this life and get together with the guy. But then you have to consider that family might always be in first place for guy and you will be in second place. Is that what you want? Things like that tend to end with person falling in love with married partner and then that married partner goes back to his family after having as much fun as they wanted until they lose interest. I dont thing mature guy would take young girl like you seriously.

yeah grrr hard to figure out- wish it was a black or white answer

If you remove your hormones from the equation, it actually IS black and white. He's a old guy who's married to someone else. Morals would dictate that you should say "no".

He's a teacher, an adult man, with a wife and kids. He probably accomplished all the goals he had in his life, so why would he throw it all away? So it's simple: he just wants to have a good time with you (=sex and little more than that). If you're confortable with that idea, being just someone's "lover", ok, go ahead. Have some sex and have fun with him... But if, on the other hand, you're looking for some serious relationship, find someone else.

Don't do it. Especially if there are children involved. Marriage is hard enough without a third person and his wife doesn't deserve the betrayal. I don't know how old his kids are but they dont deserve it either. For a moment of pleasure...what comes afterwards is not worth it. You're worth way more. .. Just remember there's always consequences to your choices and karmas a bitch.

Definitely don't do it. Not just for the sake of him and his family, but for your own self-esteem. A young woman just out of high school and a teacher of 41 will have very little common ground. Once you're done with a few sessions of "make it fit" then what? Are you going to push him to leave his wife and destroy his family? Realistically there are several ways this could end and they're all bad for all involved.
