So from my last post I told you all I can't last long during sex, well the last session I had was quite different.. The 2 sessions before that ( all different days ) I popped off on 3 minutes, but this was strange and I'm hoping I can learn to train my self to control my ejaculation. Now today I came in the morning by masterbarion around 9 am and I went shopping all day with the girlfriend and we ended up having sex after a semi long day at 10 pm. So here's what I want to know. When I MasterBate I try to edge. Sometimes I edgd and I can't bring my self to cum. I want to apply this to sex.. I was having sex today and from the start to penetration to the first urge to cum was about 2 minutes. I slowed down and pulled out and did a Keegal as hard as possible and I held it in. So I went back to town and all the sudden I'm banging my girl like a pornstar as hard as I can missionary for 10 mi Utes. We had to stip bc she was getting dry but now how can I be consistent and be able to do this and last longer? It's almost like I can stop at a certain point, just before the PONR but just enough not to cum and it's like I can't Cum for a while. Can anyone help me get TO get good at this?
