we have been texting everyday. He initiates the text. He would report what he is doing to me even though i didnt ask anything. like" im home! Going to work now / I have just finished working" etc.
Sometimes he will just tell me he is lonely, single.
Then sometimes he mentioned that he thinks relationship are crap, waste time.
I have no idea what he is trying to do.
Is he interested in me or?

Maybe because he's lonely, he's excited to share his life with someone who listens. It also sounds like he was hurt in the past so thinks a relationship wouldn't be a good idea.
He might be interested but he might also not be ready for another relationship, I think?

sometimes he flirts with me and then if we stopped talking for awhile like a few hours then he would just text me again to keep our conversation going.
he said that he might change his thinking if he ever likes someone else again. so if he likes me he would change his mind? no?
That's up to you to find out. If you're starting to develop feelings for him, I would recommend that you just flat out ask him if there's something there. A spark, a like, feelings, anything?
Have you ever talked to this guy face-to-face or is all this silly BS he sends you all you know of him?
