Did I entered her life at the wrong time? What should I do?

I've met this girl online from a game last year at around September 21 2015.
We started to talk a lot with each other as day goes by and at around early November, I realize that I really like her.

The plot twist is that, she is not really single that time because she has a bf for 4 months but her bf suddenly jilted her.
She's been trying to wait and hopeful about it until around after 4 months (February 29,2016), She finally gave up and raised the white flag.

Another twist is that, She admitted that she likes me on January 17,2016. It's just that she isn't willing to "develop" that feelings yet because she's still hung up with her ex.

One month after her closure with her ex BF(March 29,2016), I asked her hows the growth of her feelings for me? She told me "It's not weak but not too strong".


We pretty much spend time a lot with each other and it's been like that for a while. We text each other a lot, play games together, watch movies, long hour of calls, and etc. I'm not trying to be clingy but most of the time she's the one looking for me.

She pretty much knows 90% of me already when it comes with information because I storytell her a lot. My only concern is that, Is it still possible to trigger the spark? Seems that her feelings for me is currently stagnant right now.

I asked her the reason why does she likes me, and the answer she gave me is that because "You're there" and she sees future with me (probably because of the plans of mine with her that she looks forward to sometimes yet she's skeptical about it).

I'm at my wit ends of what should I do,I'm scared that if things stay the way they are right now then that "feelings" might not develop anymore. I'm running out of ideas. My only gamechanger is to be physically there but that won't happen until October of 2016. She doesn't want me to try too hard and I really love her.

Am i too late for that spark? Did I entered her life at the wrong time?
Isn't spark supposed to happen as you unveil your personality during get to knows? She knows me too well already.



Few information about us:
- I'm turning 26 and she's turning 24.
- We both work
- She lives in Canada while I live in US.

Well, one thing I will say is this...

Would you really want a girlfriend who says she likes you because "you're there?" Does that really sound like the reason you want to be loved?

Now, in all honesty... sure, maybe it was just a matter of bad timing. Maybe you came into her life at a time when she was still hung up on her ex. IF that is the case, though, she won't always be hung up on her ex. In time, she will get over him. At that point, maybe that could mean she'll be interested in you.... but at the same time, maybe not.

Generally, I tend to advise against waiting around for somebody. This may be a situation where that could be excused, though, giving her time to recover from the hurt of a past relationship. Chances are she wouldn't have been ready to love ANYBODY else just yet. The thing is, though, unless I misunderstood your story, she's had that time. She's started to move on. Yet, at this point, she's still uncertain of her feelings for you.

Maybe it is just me, but I think the time may be right for you to just move on. To assume that you and her as anything more than friends is not going to happen. Move on and look for other women to date. Who knows? Maybe in time she actually will decide she wants to date you.... and maybe that will happen to come before it is too late and you've met somebody else. All I'm saying is you shouldn't wait around, putting your life on hold hoping that somebody will decide they like you.

Believe me, though, if it winds up not working out, then it just means it wasn't meant to be. Don't think about it like you missed out on a chance for something that could have been great. If it is meant to be, it will happen. If it doesn't happen, it doesn't mean you missed out on something, it means your right gal is still out there somewhere else waiting for you. Good luck.
