I'm in love with coworker

Hi all. It's very hard situation for me. I'm in love with coworker. I'm working with her everyday and I have very good relationship with her. I'm completely lost.I don't know what I can do. I know that this is so stupid be in love with someone from work but this already happened..I even thinking about her at the weekends. I would love to take here to pub and talk.But I'm afraid that she don't want me. She is very nice and friendly to me.Her smile is just beautiful..I'm think that she giving me sometimes signs which can tell about her feelings. Maybe I'm wrong but I can feel it everyday..I'm completely lost in this world and also I'm so shy. Someday I need to confess my feelings to her but I'm to shy and I'm afraid of being rejected.
Please give me any advice.
