Can't tolerate fiance

I don't know what to do.. okay, I do know because it is obvious but I'm still struggling.

My fiance went off her meds for anxiety and depression. Our lives consist of fighting all the time. She is lazy as f***. I constantly have to clean up after her of finish ever chore she starts. She has no accountability for anything and everything is always everyone else's fault. We fight hourly. I can't stand it. I'm not attracted to her since these change plus she's gained a bunch of weight. She is in so much debt but doesn't care, has a dead end job she constantly complains a bit but refuses to do anything about it. She has a masters degree- she's capable. I've been sticking it out because she started a low dose of her meds but isn't at the dosage she was at before. I hope things can change back but the damage being done may be permanent. I can't stand who she has become. So so lazy!!!!! Full of excuses
