What is she thinking

I broke up with my "girlfriend " about 6 weeks ago because she did not want to tell her ex boyfriend or her daughter that she has been seeing me.
We both have been working together for about 4 years together before we started an affair. I was with my gf for a long time but was not happy and moved out. She was the in a relationship with her ex which she shares a daughter with. Neither of us were happy in our relationship so we started flirting more and more then we started an affair. I was able to break it off with my girlfriend at the time and she was in the process of breaking up with him.
One thing that needs to be said is that her boyfriend caught us having sex in my car thanks to find my iPhone. It was embarrassing. He took it quite good and seems like a nice guy. Not long after she had a good idea to move to her moms place with her daughter taking the steps to split from her boyfriend. I'm not sure what she told him about me... I think she just told him it was a mistake what he saw and she was sorry.
Anyway we continued our "relationship " in secret from him and her mom. Because I think she didn't want to hurt him or she felt embarrassed. Well up until recently I was ok with this arrangement. We had an amazing relationship connection. We would go out have dinner get drinks have AMAZING sex and we just connected unbelievably! But one day I started getting sad because if we meet anyone on the streets or in a restaurant she would always tell them that we were just friends. She want to keep me a secret from her ex. I think because she didn't want to cause pain and didn't want frictions between him and her because she wants it easy for her daughter. But it was too much for me so I gave her an alternative. Either she tells her ex her mom and daughter about us or I have to leave this relationship. It took her a while but said she could not do that now. She said that she needs time for everything to settle down. She needs time for herself and find happiness with her daughter. That she needs to put her feelings aside and find happiness in her daughter. So we broke up. I'm just wondering because she has told me lots of times that she never had a relationship like ours and she had the best sex ever in her life with me. I keep wondering if she misses me thinks of me and wonder what and how she is thinking ....
