she's only 15 and I am..... 21. Ok, before you call me a perv I don't look like I'm 21 at all (more like 17-18) and she looks like she's 17. Anyway she's gonna be 16 in December so this gives me a little hope but we still have a 5 1/2-year age gap. Anyway, I just wanted to know what you guys think about this situation. Is it ok if I ask her out, we seem to have an interest in each other.

Her being a minor aside you are forgetting that she is still a child, physically, emotionally and mentally. As such she will be, do and act as a child. So, i envision her being confused and not knowing what she wants will be very high on the agenda...

Well, she seems to be very mature for her age... I was actually shocked when she told me she was only 15, I really thought she was at least 17 but I really do like her... I know I shouldn't but I can't help it. Anyway I was kind of expecting these kind of answers, maybe I should try to get to know her better first and see if going out with her would be a good option. No, we work at the same place but it's not cause I can't get with girls of my age, she's just the one I'm interested in right now. Plus I live in Canada and I read somewhere that anyone over 14 can date or have sex with anyone over 14 no matter what their age is so I don't think there will be any legal problems here. Anyway I'm gonna take my chances with her... and so what if she's 15? She's gonna turn 16 soon, there's plenty of high school girls going out with college guys and there doesn't seem to be any problems. If we go along well together I don't see the problem.
