I made us a nice apple maple salmon with asparagus, baby carrots and wild mushroom rice.
I'm currently cooking Spaghetti, my family really loves it here in Panama City. We enjoy eating together and sometimes during picnic time. My Daugther really loves it and she always want to have it on her lunchbox in School.

Pancakes in the toaster :) fruit and yogurt and two eggs scrambled.
Beef and pasta homemade soup with some french bread.
Banana, and toaster waffles with syrup.
Ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with garlic pickles and pineapples and onion soup with some white wine.
Bacon and egg bagel sandwich with a fruit smoothie ( straw/black/raspberries )
My sweetie went out and got us a quick breakfast, consists of coffee, bagel/bacon/egg/cheese and orange juice. Eating as I type this haha... Will grab some blueberry yogurt before I leave home too.
Had a chicken/veggie stew and homemade bread rolls at my mom's tonight and a homemade apple pie and carrot cake with cream cheese topping. I took food home :)
We made homemade spaghetti sauce & homemade meatballs and pasta with a salad & garlic bread and had my Bfs parents & my parents over.

Homemade granola bars! They taste like a PB&J:
1 C rolled oats
1 C shredded coconut
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C honey
1 C dried fruit (dried cranberries, dried currants, sultana raisins)
Mix well with stand mixer or spatula. Press into an even layer in a rimmed baking sheet. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, cut into squares -- ENJOY!
just finished a big bowl of spaghetti and garlic bread ( leftovers ) - going out tonight for a friends b-day at a steakhouse so i am looking forward to that soon.
Right now, boneless wings in tamarind sauce.
