Not a lot of movie goers on here? Since it is myself posting again.
Snatched. Not great. Trainwreck was enjoyable but this was terrible.

The Shack is a movie I would highly recommend! Engaging, moving, thought provoking...
This story is engaging, hypnotic at times and extremely heartfelt. Religion aside, I think most people believe there is a higher power that is sovereign over all. I thought it was well done and the main character Mackenzie, did an amazing job portraying a dad that is struggling with the many challenges of life that he faces. In the end, the "message" is powerful and leaves one pondering the way you may look at your own life. Love, trust and faith is meaning I got from it and absolutely loved this movie from beginning to end.
The Circle. I didn't like it, was really nothing there. Should have been great but it actually bored me. Disappointed.
Not watching it yet but we will soon enough! Despicable me 3 hehehe yeah we liked the others so why not :]
TED and TED2
Neighbors... haha Love this movie.
Unforgettable.. More like Forgettable lol
Beautiful Creatures
I saw "Split" which was freaky and a beautiful movie that I highly recommend is "Life is Beautiful" which is about a man and his son in a concentration camp.
war for the planet of the apes ( online link)
Exeter19... any good?
We last watched .. Atomic Blonde.

Didn't know this thread existed. This is the list of movies I have watched in August. It was a slow movie month for me as there were lots on my plate.
1. The Room - notorious for being one of the worst movies ever. It was so bad it is funny. I recommend people to check it out
2. Snatched - not good
3. Baywatch - Not too shabby
4. Spiderman Homecoming - Ehh, not impressed
5. Wonderwoman - loved it
6. War for planet of the apes - great
Annabelle.

The actor that plays Pennywise is really good, and the kid actors are phenomenal, they're up there with the kid actors from Stranger Things.
It had some really cool scenes. And actually some good humor.
Honestly, it was one of the few horror movies that was less about jump scares and more about creepy atmospheres.
I'd recommend it. There's so many bad horror movies out there, this wasn't one of them.
Trying not to spoil anything so.. haha
i'm going to see it this weekend. heard great things about it, so i don't think i'll be disappointed all everyone is saying is it blows away the previous version and the actor who plays pennywise does a great job with his role.
We are checking it out this Friday... hoping it is as good as the box office results make it out to be haha.Quote:

Yeah, 3rd best selling movie of 2017 I guess? I found that hard to believe. I didn't think that many people even liked horror movies.Quote:

I haven't seen it yet but another poster on here she said before the movie got released and having only seen the trailer that she thought it looked like a stranger things movie with a similar cast.Quote:

I heard the Georgie and paper boat sewer scene was pretty graphic.
Was this Pennywise as comical as the mini-series Pennywise? Or more played for fright and nightmares?
Late response, been hardly coming on here.Quote:

He's more nightmares and frights. The children say some pretty funny things, especially the one with glasses.
I don't blame you. The spam on here is now at an embarrassing level and now includes disgusting porn with it in some sections. I think is why other regulars might be staying off the site for now and why the forum is dragging too.
Which clown do you prefer? My friend said the new Pennywise needed subtitles because they could barely understand anything he said, lol? All the kids should be going" Huh? What? Huh? " when he speaks to them if the case.
The Hitman's Bodyguard
Wind River 9/10
Mother. OMFG. Not great, too much hype and I fell for it.
Happy Death Day. Really liked it.
Victoria and Abdul.
The Mountain Between Us. It didn't need the love story.
Dark Tower.
It certainly did not. The last scene was way too much.Quote:
