You don't want to drink beer to gain weight.
Eat more good, clean foods. More fish, lean chicken breast, turkey, fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads & pastas.
You have to overload your body - if you eat more than it's use to and combine it with some weight training - you WILL gain weight.
Its going to be hard. I don't know if its just possible for me to eat more than I need, I am not used to and I don't even know if I am physically capable of it.
Speaking of this I'm trying to do the same thing. I'm on a 5,000 calorie high protein diet. But Tone is right, you need to overload your body.
