I'll also add that diet plays an important role in one's mental well being too. If you constantly are stuffing your child with candy, soda, and other unhealthy foods it will affect their behavior too. That's when being a good parent comes in too. What annoyed me today was finding out I got underpayed, but apparently I was overpayed 17cents in laundry so they are docking that from my next pay slip:P

It annoyed me today that I woke up with the most ridiculous hard on ever. I could have ran into the wall and put a hole in it. It's upon hearing things like this that I can't help but to wonder if some women get a sadistic delight from denying men sexual gratification.

Can't you talk to her and convince her you need it?

Well I already posted a thread about it a while ago, and I shouldn't have to convince her. I got some decent advice and am working on that right now, so there isn't much point in derailing this thread by turning it into another one about my problems. I just wanted to state that it happened today to vent because it did REALLY annoy me, especially when I see beautiful women all day long.

My boss is out for the afternoon AGAIN. She's a control freak and won't let anyone else do anything important, then complains when the work isn't getting done even though it's her own fault.

That's when you have a candid discussion with her boss with specific examples and resolutions that may include dividing her power among others or replacing her. I did it and earned myself a new company position and a crew of three people. My supervisor ended up working under ME, it was awesome! Especially since he was an egotistial, lazy, jerk. As long as you do it in a calm, professional manner and use specific examples, have proof of what you say, and a plan to resolve the problem (that benefits the company) it should go well.
