Paintball is great. Indoor, woodsball... I love it all, but haven't played in like 6 months cause all my paintball friends work a lot
i only played paintball once... yeah so the first time i get hit.. the ****ing ball breaks on the bottom of my mask near the chin area and partially hits my adam's apple. that's the one place that i didn't wanna get hit ever. now that i've gotten hit there, i didn't care so it was all out after that.

Bump.
Just wondering what it's like to be back in the LDR after spending the summer with the bf.
My bf is out of town for a couple of weeks and it almost feels like he was never here, right back into the LDR routine.
How often do you guys talk, Tiay? Are you on Skype every night?
Yeah, after a while, it's like you kinda forget what it's like. Even the memories begin to feel like fantasies.Quote:

Amy hadn't had any reception the past 3 days.
Absolutely no hearing from her became unbearable by the third day. If we don't talk, we're usually texting or e-mailing. I started to wonder if she was dead.
What's the longest yous gone with having ZERO contact?
For me, it was that excruciating ten days immediately following my first trip out there. He was out of town for half of it and had his head right up his own ass for the other half. Almost ruined the relationship before it even got started.
Man, you should have seen the poisonous email I sent him... heh heh heh.
Can we see this e-mail...?Quote:

Man ... it IS like one big dream when you return to the LDR-lifestyle ...
I spent 3 months in the Philippines, I'm back home and it feels like nothin changed ... even the shit my friends get into hasn't changed ... patience ... friggin' patience ...
Too long to post. Cliff's Notes Version: I am not interested in being something on your list of things to do. Me and you. Yes or no?Quote:

Shorty, is she moving here or what?
spunky (:
It is a bit weird. When I got back I dove straight into college, so it feels like I had never been gone. In fact I got sooo busy with unpacking and then re-packing and moving to my house at college and meeting all my classmates again and getting projects and arranging the payment for the house and and all, that I almost forgot I *had* a boyfriend, it was just that insanely busy. Guess I was lucky- he didn't get any big distractions after I left.Quote:

I've always found that switching LD and non-LD modes to be like.. hopping between universes or something. And once you've switched, it feels like you've always been there.
we talk every day- though recently one or two days have fallen out for whatever reasons- no reception, internet down, etc.
Same here! It sucks ... there've been water/electrical problems back where she's at ... I feel your pain ...Quote:

Giga, hopefully by the end of the year or early next year ... I'm keeping my fingers crossed ... That'd be an awesome leap year present! Here as in San Francisco ... so you're not planning to move here for another year??
No, stuck in NM for another year at least. Was she going to maybe move to Albuquerque, though?Quote:

That was her original plan, but she agreed to move over to the bay ... the ultimate place to stay.
We couldn't think of anything that would make us want to live in NM. WHAT IS IN NEW MEXICO??
yeah, or maybe another universe?Quote:

silly, so silly!
hmmm, I don't know. A day can feel like a week. I think the longest was probably when I was on vacation, but in three years I don't remember it ever being longer than like three or four days. I'm totally guessing, though..Quote:

Can you imagine what it must have been like trying to pull off an LDR a couple hundred years ago? Gaaahh!
