I watched Mandy with Nick Cage. It was a revenge horror/thriller, not many stars for acting but it was highly entertaining and if you enjoy people getting revenge and brutally in movies you'll like this movie :)
I've seen Searching, I think we are alone now and crazy rich asians.
Hold The Dark.
Mandy was awesome -- Nick Cage brought the heat, rofl. Action wise it was a good movie.Quote:

venom, enjoyed it.
The Autopsy of Jane Doe.
Halloween. It wasn't as good as I wanted it to be. Why in that opening scene did we not get to see his face? They are milking this horror series & it should end after this one. Worn out & tired.
The Nun...........
Wanted to add, I waited so long to watch it and I was actually disappointed in it, only thing I liked was the ending where they tied it back to the original conjuring movie.
I still ^ have not seen it, was it boring or not well acted, shot? I like a lot of the Conjuring franchise movies Annabelle creation was great. Both Conjuring movies were too.
watched overlord movie.
A Star Is Born, remake and version previous to it.
Not a movie but trailers and interviews for the new Vice movie, everyone looks the people it is amazing and looks so well acted, and is about real people and true events which I enjoy watching in movies. Especially Bale and Rockwell. Astounding. Oscars for those two.
I saw Widows. Liked it.
Aquaman............
Bird Box... This was a really good movie.
Aquaman - I liked it.

I want to see this one too. Is it much like The Quiet Place movie, one don't see - the other don't talk.Quote:

About to watch with roomie when she gets back Green Book and order some pizza. :)
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse was pretty cool! :D
I am on the fence about going to see Aquaman in theaters. DC has just been such a disappointment lately... and then I heard Aquaman was nearly TWO AND A HALF HOURS.... Yeah... as much as I wanted to give it a chance, I think I might just wait for blu-ray on that one.
Oh, I saw that too. Actually ON Halloween. It was okay. It didn't blow me away, but I enjoyed it. I actually liked it better than I thought as I was going to like it. I'm a fan of the original series. No matter how much some of your movies were stinkers (a few of the last ones really were) I always find it insulting as a fan when they decide to just up and ignore a bunch of the movies. This one literally ignored ALL of the movies after number one and just picked up like the rest of them never happened. So I was kind of turned off by that idea... I wound up liking the movie okay, though. Still would have preferred that they continued the story rather than just basically start all over, though.Quote:

There's a sequel to Happy Death Day coming out soon.
I saw a preview for that during one of the movies I saw recently. I can't remember which movie.
I LOVED Happy Death Day. I actually saw that on the day of Halloween that year. ...But I'm not really sure it was a movie that needed a sequel. Heck, I'll still see it (maybe in theaters, but if not definitely on Blu-ray). But, I'm a tad worried this will be one of those cases where they really should have just let the original stand for itself.
It looked cool enough, though, so hopefully it will wind up being a worthwhile addition.
Saw Vice -- enjoyed it.
A remake of Jacob's Ladder is coming out this summer. I only saw that film once, and I liked the Silent Hill vibes I got from it. However, it was a very boring film in general.
I saw Vice and Roma and an older one called Ruby Sparks.
Gonna check out a horror film about a doll, called The Boy. ;)
Watched:
Night School it was not good and also watched Velvet Buzzsaw.
Can You Ever Forgive Me? 9/10. Really enjoyed it.
'Christine' about the possessed red car.
Serenity, it was odd but I liked it.
Destroyer. So good.
green book. viggo great as always, good true story and well acted. 8/10
Has anyone seen this before? The full movie is on YouTube, but the trailer looks interesting.

I finally got around to watching these great new movies. It's this series of movies about a wizard named Harry Potter. There were 8 movies in total and, so far, I've gotten through all but two. Anybody heard of those?
:D LOL! I'm kidding, of course. Somehow, I managed never to see any of the Harry Potter movies or read any of the books. I decided it was about time I finally remedy that situation, so I've been watching the movies recently. Loving them so far.
Ben is back.
Vox Lux. 9/10 Enjoyed its weirdness LOVE Natalie Portman.
Later today, I may go watch Redcon-1 on DVD. That's the low budget zombie film I was an extra in. It stars a guy called Mark Strange, and a female ex-WWE wrestler is in it too. Well, I was in the scene where a soldier stays behind after getting hurt, and zombies come out of the darkness to fight with him. You can see me in several shots, snarling...
Saw it too, liked it. Was odd but in a good way. She did her own singing.Quote:
