hey, ive been thinking about you... did you get that new job?

i wish you would just call me please, or at least tell me face to face that its over. after all we have been through i think i deserve that, instead of sitting here in limbo. you just leave and then come back a few days later to pick up some stuff and tell me how much you love me still and hug on me and cry. then tell me that you will call the next day. well its been 4 days now and still no word from you. it hurts, i hope you are hurting too at least. at least missing me. i still love you even though i kinda wish i didnt. remember how we were gonna get married?

maybe next time i see you i'll finally give you a ring and ask you to marry me ;)

I love this thread! Here's what I ACTUALLY said to an ex almost 30 years ago after he went back to his ex girlfriend. (He'd broken up with her more than once, gone out with other girls, always went back to her):

I called him up (no texting or internet back then!) and said:

"The next time she breaks up with you, please don't go through the phone book and come up with MY number, because I don't ever, EVER, want to hear from you again".

And that was the end of that. And then I went down to 104 pounds and thought I would die without him. But here I am today, so we know life went on...
