HIA, as much as I hate to side with Valixy (she's just a Spanish version of Michelle23, as far as I'm concerned), I have to say that this argument isn't going to go anywhere unless you specifically define what "evolve" means in this context.
Any time there's a genetic mutation in some way, is that considered "evolution"? If not, what is? Genetic mutation that spreads across what percentage of the population? You could say that humans have evolved within the past few thousand years to adapt to animal husbandry, for example.
