i have been so unproductive this weekend. i feel like shit still!
i haven't even eaten anything.
how do you know something is wrong with misombra? when she doesn't want to eat cause i loves to eat.
awww, sorry sombra :( I've got a horrible cold too, didn't go to work for the last 3 days. Just make sure to get lots of rest and drink tea with honey! Or better yet, just a few shots of honey right to the throat feels amazing. They have these cough drops, I forget who makes them, but they have honey in the middle and they're REALLY good.
I'm generally well, been almost half a year since I even had a cold, think it might be that I stay away from any medication or "home cures" unless it's really necessary.
Maybe it's the whole thing about not replacing the work of the immune system with chemicals and all that jazz.
i can't imagine people living in humid environments have that big of a problem with allergies.
once that wind starts going, and the trees start blooming, then the allergies come in. the allergies weaken the immunity and give room for all kinds of bugs to come to life.
suckness.
i hate people who say they don't get sick. i just want to jab them with a dirty fork and test it out.
^^^ i'm pretty lucky because i hardly ever get sick. i tend to suffer from hangovers though.

now there's a shocker.
^^^^ hey, but i'm not the sick one...

Every time I see this thread's title pop up, a fleeting hope that it is a kinky thread runs through my mind.
What a pain, hope you get better soon Miso
that can be changed...Quote:

mis-- Have you ever considered that you might have food allergies as well? Do you drink enough water? Exercise? Do you smoke? Just a few things to consider...
Mis--the old remedy for allergies is to eat honey produced by local hives. The local honey seems to help you build immunity to allergies in your area of the world (Pakistan, if I recall).
thanks for the suggestions. i'm not allergic to food. i'm allergic to juniper. i was feeling a better better for a couple weeks but now it's back with a vengeance. i've taken zyrtec, tylenol allergy, and sudafed, along with two different kinds of nose sprays, both with the words "severe" on the label. and vicks.
none of that worked. the zyrtec worked yesterday but not today.
these allergies are killing me. i'm gonna have to move to get away from them. they are seriously that severe. couple weeks ago i got a sinus infection from the allergies.
i think i can survive now since i'm 25. but when i get older this shit is going to kill me i have no doubt in my mind about this. either they'll kill me or i'll kill myself cause i'm so fuking miserable.
Aren't you from New Mexico?
