I don't know most of my gut feelings are more like preminitions to me (not like I see the future or anything) and they happen when I'm thinking about what to do about something, Or how I'm feeling. So I just tread slowly when they come. Like when i fele them I try and think about what point they are trying to make.. I hope I'm not coming off like a looney or something...LOL
Give it some food God Damn it. What's wrong with you??? :)Quote:

But be clear on this distinction: The point of "focusing," as I think you mean it, is NOT to filter out, but to LET IN. Then -- most important -- let go. Just let your thoughts, undistracted by external unfluences of any sort, come and go as they will without attaching any comments or judgments to any of them. Just observe them without trying to guide them. Shortly, you'll begin to perceive patterns that will clue you how to proceed next.
(laugh) It wasnt really an "ad" as I make nothing off of that book myself. It was written by someone that I know though, and so I was given a copy when it first went to print. I really enjoyed it. Her and I dont work together even indirectly anymore, so it was just an honest recommendation.Quote:
