Then I'd find that guy...

One more thing it was a university student who was the person who recorded it! I think the stalker was the same dude. To make things worse he didn’t realize our age I don’t think. So he doesn’t even know he recorded child porn! Being our ages was 15, 16.

Under the 5th Amendment of the Constitution, as well as the 4th, 14th and 15th, this would be an easy case.. Each individual has a right to privacy. If they are 15 years old, having hard core sex and then killing the cameraman "inside thier own house", such evidence cannot be produced in court unless (1) it is produced voluntarily by the same person being recorded, or (2) is produced with the concent of the person in the video.

This would show that there is infact no legal reason to want to track the person who recorded the tape. However, if the tape was not acting in a commercial capacity, that is to imply that it is being sold "or" distributed amung members not present in the video, then you must either (1) surrender ALL profits made by the sale of the video and/or, pay damages for: emotional distress, defamation of character, videotaping a minor having sex, distribution and sale of obcene material, sale and distribution without consent and my favorite.. lol.. violation of privacy without prior agreement and without a warrent or license.

you need to talk to a lawyer. Sometimes there are free legal clinics where you can talk to a law student for free.
