Why?: For the first time in history, more single women than married women in US

Okay. Your perspective and I don't want to challenge your emotions. I know what you want in a woman because I don't think that it is unreasonable to want--I want similar things.

Hey, I'm 38 y/o and I just ended something (about an hour ago) which was totally unclear to me and I didn't want to deal with it anymore. We live in very confusing times.

CAM, girls are rubbish. I wouldn't say that I'm being cynical. I'm just being realistic. I've met only a handful that I could really see myself being happy with. This is true for ALL people, male or female. I haven't seen an abundance of males I'd care to be saddled with for the rest of my life, either.

vashti, that's b/c women often have ridiculous expectations. There is a big difference between guys wanting a girl who is attractive and mature, and girls waiting for prince charming to sweep them off their feet.

Why is that different? Prince Charming - for lots of us women- is *also* attractive and mature.
