on topic: if its really that difficult to express urself to her then i doubt it will work out because communication is the key in relationships.
girls are still only humans. if its that hard to talk to girls u feel attracted to then start on the ones u aren't attracted to. the more u socialise the more comfortable u will feel. so start with the butt ugly girls and move up the chain
