I loved philosophy. It may be a waste of time (lots of them are), but it's a great course.
I agree with the practical usefulness of management, although (snore) it will be less interesting.

Have you ever managed employees before? Or even mentored? On what kind of scale? Have you run your own business? Had to do marketing, advertising, create budgets, write business letters of various sorts?
