Could always try tai chi chuan. Met a swedish tai chi teacher in Sri Lanka who's done it in India for the past 20 years, he was 54 but could easily have been confused for being 35, with no weight problems and fit.
Then again, that would include a vegetarian diet, swallowing saliva for nutrients and probably spending 2+ hours of various exercises a day or so. :p

I've never being able to put on some decent weight. I'm 1.84m tall and I weight 62kg. Mum's genes... :(
Exercising didn't help...
Diet (read: eating a lot) didn't help...
My last resort is getting married :lol:
