I think the only reason she wants to talk to you on Monday is so she can make sure that she didn't hurt your feelings and to just butter you up. If she butters you up, don't think she's doing it because she really likes you. She's doing it so that you aren't hurt by her turning you down.

basically, if she says anything that your not sure of or don't understand then ask her to clarify instead of making up reasons on your own.
but if you don't mind me saying this, you seem to be really high strung about this. take a deep breath and relax, nothing bad is going to happen and I''m sure you'll do just fine.
I'm not high strung lol, I've knives brandished at me and guns pointed at me. The only thing that truly scares me and making a girl angry. Now THERES a good way to go home in several pieces.
I'm just worried I might say something wrong to make her upset. I don't want her to feel guilty or anything since we were friends in the first place.
Well she's going to break up with you. In fact she already did that, she's just going to confirm it in person.
How you respond is up to you. If it was me I wouldn't say much at all. Maybe just hear her out, nod and say "okay" and then walk off. You'll keep some pride that way. Don't tell her how you're feeling or anything like that, you'll just look pathetic.

And I don't expect her to change her mind. I know that a year or more from now its possible for that to change but I don't push anything.
wow... the last 4 post before yours, threw me through a loop... anyway you seem like a good guy, and just the fact you don't want to hurt her shows compassion, your heart brought this up and you still concern for her over yourself. if you are what you seem you are then your just fine. the fact that she wants to talk in person shows she is strong as well you shouldn't have much to worry about.

Don't compare attraction between women and men. Emotional attraction is more instantaneous for women, and if she's put you in the friend zone now, you're most like never getting out.
