I'm not saying for sure she doesn't mean it, but based on the OPs posts, I would have to agree with Giga: at least part of this relationship's problem is the poster's indifference.

That said, it might be better for him to move on. Because he IS indifferent, so no point in dragging things out. What he says & what he's doing doesn't scan.
