i would not make any comments that will only make you look like an ass. i'd rewrite the whole document and then turn it in to her, stating that you rewrote it with your input however accentuating on all the excellent points and idea that she brought up in the original.

Well, I started a mini shit storm with her today. I got tired of her passive aggressive insults where she implies that everyone under her are stupid and told her she is being offensive and insulting. I have a paper record with her inappropriate comments. Got a staff rep involved and all three of us with paper record in hand are going to have a meeting next week.

I don't really care about where this will lead to, as long as her offensive behavior discontinues. If I have to I will take it all the way to the top.

Anyway, I feel for you Mish. I'd prbly just leave as soon as a better job comes along. Her job is to lead your team, not have you pick up the pieces for her. :P
