Hmmm. I think he is a flirt- he is def. on the prowl. Hahah.
I didn't add in the orig post, that I didn't say hello to him when my classmate first spotted him- so I think it was his way of getting me to acknowlege him. He is a pretty friendly guy, always smiling and talking to everyone.
As for being touchy feely with other girls, I've seen him put his arm around the shoulder of his closest girl friend but that's about it. It didn't seem romantic though. Just friendly.
He also has come up to me and gave me a few compliments before, and when he does this he comes really close to me.
I dunno- he is def a flirt- but I'm not sure if I'm one of many...

I tend to be a touchy feely guy, i say hello like that to my female friends sometimes, doen't mean i'm attracted to them. However i do do it to all of them not just one or two.
if it's only you and one other though then possibly something there. :)
