Honestly, 8:30? The world is well on its way into the day by that time.

So far you seem like the most level headed person in the house.

My day starts at 5:30 in the morning and the bathroom is right across the hall from our rooms. My roommate is no early morning riser but understands how the real world works. We run similar schedules, up at 5:30/7:30 and in bed by 10/12. The world goes round.

Room mates never works unless all have equal power. If that were the case I'd have calmly stated my case. As it stand I can't say anything at all.

It is like being at work in a customer service environment - will I piss her off today ? This is why sharing in a dump with weirdos is the best way to go.

I get my own place - will cost like, $250-$300 a week but I don't care NEED MY SPACE !!!

haha. i go pee like 10 times in the middle of the night and my room-mate has never said anything. You pay for the place also so go about your business. If your paranoid that you waking them, ask.... Ask them if they can hear you in the middle of the night when you wake to use the bathroom. If they can, suggest that they get a fan to drain out the noise.
