Oh alright.
I'm really not backwards though. This morning for breakfast I didn't eat anything. But I usually have raisins, toast, maybe a glass of orange juice. Sometimes I will eat the first thing I grab, though.

i boil up some oats (i was born in the year of the horse you know). throw in some chopped up bananas, frozen berries, and some honey. i eat a huge bowl of that.
I am the worst morning eater ever. Generally I don't eat breakfast, but if I do, there is a Mt. Dew in some course of it.
Yeah. I never eat breakfast. Sun's usually gone down by the time I've had my first bite.
i love eggs.... fried, over easy, scrambled, omelet, runny..whatevers.

For a healthy option, I sometimes scramble 2 egg whites and put them in a low carb wrap. Yummy and low calorie!
recent studies have found that keeping the yolk with the whites gives you various other nutrients.

They all sound nice...just not in the morning :(
This morning, i forced some toast down my throat..really didnt wanna eat it :(
No breakfasts, but if I already have one it must be something salty or yoghurt :)
A whole egg is a complete protein, a white is not. Neglecting the yolk deprives you of the B vitamins that are contained in it, so if you eat only the white's you're depriving yourself nutrionally. If you eat an egg, eat the whole damn thing. I go through like 3-4 dozen a week :lol:Quote:

Yikes! You might want to get your cholesterol levels checked, then.
Just be glad you don't have to feed a big Anglo-Saxon bastard like me !
They're always perfect. Food cholesterol generally isn't related to blood cholesterol, it's more of a genetic pre-disposition. Back when we were younger and actually trained hard, we'd all do a dozen a day at least. Those 15 dozen restaurant boxes from the wholesale clubs were convenient, just took up a rack of the fridge. :)Quote:
