No that's not pretty much it. Everyone's vagina isn't the same. Pregnancy or not. It doesn't require "medical knowledge" to figure that one out. Just like it doesn't take "medical knowledge" to know that everyone doesn't sprout nipples. It's not a medical condition. It's just everyone's vagina, tits, ass and everything else vary.
