Well either that or she has a very large family living at home and they are claiming every benefit under the sun from welfare, from mobility to disability allowance.

At 19, there is just no way she can be qualified in any field to be earning this kind of money.

Or maybe she isn't actually away on vacation at all, but having him believe she is. Perhaps she is just five miles down the road in the next village and living it up :) lol
