As far as "love" goes, I think the definition is knowing someone completely and appreciating all their qualities, thus by definition I don't think "love" at first sight is strictly possible.
However I think it is completely reasonable to have an intuition or just a strong feeling that there is something special about someone you see. :)

ok ok it might not be able to be "love" at first sight but theres sumthing there because her friends r trying to get me with her and i want to but she to shy can ne1 help me to get her unshy about me its like shes afriad of me but she tells me she likes me i dont know what to do!
