It is good that you are at that stage. After denial and then anger sadness comes along but then not long after acceptance does.
It is not your fault. You need to start letting go of some of the guilt.

So just to clarify, You broke up with him ? And you want him back after 4 weeks ?
Not being funny, My ex broke up with me 4 weeks ago, 2 nearly 3 weeks of no contact have passed, I can certainly tell you if my ex tried getting back with me in a weeks time i'd tell her to f**k off !!!
People recover and move on, Especially after being 'dumped', Just like me.
It will hit the dumper at some point of what they have lost. Whilst the dumped person will go through shit for a month, Then they will have moved on, The dumper has yet to go through that stage.
