You're 20. This is a probably a practice relationship where you will learn some things before you meet the guy that you marry.

My ex and I had 2 cats and he decided to hold mine hostage. I left without the cat but went back and cat napped him back as soon as I could.

OP, my now hubby refused to even consider the idea of marriage for years. Then one night he said "let's do it. As soon as we can" so it can happen. Your bf sounds like he just wants to enjoy being young and that doesn't mean he isn't committed.
