These things don't phase me, whether I'm in a relationship or not. Reasons for this is because people usually don't have wrong intents doing it when it comes to not calling back. The only exception for the alternative behaviour as far as I can see is when it's really important. Then again, importance is a term defined differently by everyone.
Taking that into consideration, I don't think this sort of thing should phase you either. Don't let the small things bother you, as it'll become increasingly irritating, and shadow your content more often.

My last chic was exactly the same, "oh ill call you tomorrow" but never calls....if you stop calling her, most chics really don't "get it" so it has never worked for me. Just find other stuff to do and keep you busy to stop thinking about her, some people are just inconsiderate when it comes to keeping to their word. You can't fix it so just get on with the better things

wait a minute, your girlfriend doesn't 'call you tomorrow' like she says and then not calling her doesn't work? sounds like she didn't want to talk to you at all.

yes she might not have very much courtesy but;
it's just the phone, coad...if you only usually talk to her on the phone about setting up dates and stuff, try talking to her about different stuff, like what has she been up to...perhaps if you dont call her or talk to her for a few days, she will have more things to talk about...see what im saying?
but talking on the phone isnt that big of a deal...if you get along great when you hang out and stuff...why bother? i know how ya feel though because i never get calls from my ex(we still like eachother and stuff) but i call her lots.(shes never called me since i met her, not even once)
you never know what it could be...but i hope it turns out well :)
