It's when you start off a relationship with a lie that's bad. If he starts making a big deal about his surgery and lying to the girl about it, then he isn't being true to himself. The height surgery is less obvious to notice than a girl's rubber tits.
IMO, I think people should be happy with themselves and what they got; no on with their life without any surgeries.
