You both sound like you are pretty young... Your both gonna meet alot of people and have plenty of other relationships. Maybe she just thought things were going too "fast" for her and wants to take a step back and wait awhile. There is really nothing you can do about her decision. My advice to you is to move on and always keep your options open.

At that age everyone thinks they know it all and no one listens to sound advice, thats just the way it works. I was like that and most people I knew were too. All part of growing up.
She is confused. She is putting things on hold because she wants to make sure you just don't want to get into her pants... But from what you were telling me w/ your camping trip...she sounds confused about what she even wants. Or maybe she doesn't trust herself around you.....
She's doing this to make sure that you're not using her. Most guys around your age are hornballs looking to get action and could care less about a serious relationship. Also, she could've had relationships in the past where guys were playing her and is paranoid that you'll do the same. Pretty much every guy I've ever gone out with has used me. Jerks.
