How does such a topic degenerate into saying horrible things to each other? If you can't solve such a relatively simple topic easily, I'd hate to imagine what will happen when you have a difficult subject to solve.Quote:

1. Define 'major decision'
2. Determine which major decisions are to be made jointly, and which are yours alone to make.
3. Know the difference between 'having a stake' in a decision and asking for advice (which may not be taken)
4. Be kind to each other in these discussions. If you can't your relationship is doomed.
Consider taking some kind of anger management class to show her that you are really trying to change and address that issue in your life. She might need a little time, but give her too long. Either way I suggest you seek help or it will just happen again with someone else.
