you must not understand how the evolution process works. In the wild, animals must adapt to their environment. Individuals with undesirable traits are discriminated against. Those with desirable traits live to pass their genes on to the next generation. Humans are the only species which adapt the evironment to themselves. Therefore, we have no reason to evolve further. We have retained many desirable and undesirable traits from our ancestry.
