I really like this idea. You have to read that it does NOT damage the guy at all, it just stays on him indefinitely until he gets it removed surgically. The whole garbage about the head of the Rape Crisis Center saying that this won't work because it's a societal problem is a moron. I hate it when these kinda people preach about saving the world by changing how people think and act. Let her try to change the world and let the lady produce and sell Rapex and just watch which is more effective.
funny you brought this up. right about the time you started this thread, i met a south african guy who told me about it.
was it invented at that time, or why is this?
anyway, he was really troubled that it was in his home country the thing had been invented, because it meant that it's really needed there, and what does this say about south africa etc.
anyway, i think the best thing about that anti rape device is that the guy has to go to a hospital to have it removed (at least, that's what the south african told me), which means everybody will know what he's been up to, and he'll get what he deserves. so this might really work at least a little way towards the purpose.

as i recall it has latex barbs that latch on and it's really painful. i'm guessing it let's the penis go in and then it latches on the way out. he ultimately has to see a doc to get it removed and they say the pain is unbearable.
